Nah, I think you're good; especially if you're gonna see apartments.
I'm just amazed that you applied a couple of months ago and you're about to see apartments. I grew up there and they've been known to take years to call you.
They're beautiful. And if you're lucky to get the Manhattan view, you'll be amazing. I remember living in the 19th floor for years and still being amazed by the scenery.

Here is a link to the MTA Lorimer (J and M?) subway stop area. Look near the station at the center of the circle. Find the three separate blocks that say “Lindsay Park Cooperatives”. These a very near the station. There is also G stop very near. The L might not be so far.
i would give up my apartment with backyard for a chance to live again in a lindsay park apartment facing manhattan
Hey, can you please go a little more into that? What did you like about living in LP, the surrounding areas. Did you find the area to be safe? Which buildings have the Manhattan view?
what's that letter about? asking you to submit documents and credit check fee? I'm near #200(not a veteran),haven't heard anything yet.
It advised me that my name is nearing the tip of the list and was an apartment offer. I need to tell them if I’m interested in obtaining an apartment now, if I want to hold for a maximum of a year, or if I’m not interested.
I’m not required to submit any credit check payment or paperwork yet.
Interesting! seems like they just started working on the new waitlist and they are about to reach your number(near 400). maybe no other veterans before you.
