I recently got asked for documents on the new housing connect site and I still don’t see my log number anywhere. I see a very long application number but my original application number was in the 15xx’s. The ONLY thing I like about this new housing connect is that they ask for documents via the site, and you upload documents via the site. I’ve missed out on a few lotteries in the past because I forgot to check my spam folder.

Once you have been notified to submit documents you can actually reach out to the marketing agent and ask for your log number. I was recently contacted and i reached out to the marketing agent and he replied back within minutes with my log number.

Question Emails

Just so I know what to look out for in my email, where are the emails coming from?

Is it the housing connect website like how when we get notification that a new development is up?

Or is it from what ever real estate agency is in charge of the development?

I have been checking my email since the development closed but I don't want to miss it or have it go into spam by mistake.

The emails come from the marketing agency responsible for a particular project. Some of them sound shady, like "Tax Solute" but apparently they're legit. So it's not one source that you can whitelist, you just have to keep an eye out.

Oh wow that sucks. Makes it hard to keep an eye out if you don't know where the email is coming from. But I will try my best to keep an eye out. Thank you very much for your reply and letting me know.

I hate the change too
