We were contacted about this and decided it wasn't for us. I heard the neighborhood was rough but I wasn't prepared for exactly how rough. Well wishes to whomever followed through.

I spoke to the property manager, Mr. Reed. Who stated 13/17 homes have been sold and the other ones are in contract (awaiting completion of build).

There are currently no home left.
