I have been selected in the housing lottery but am currently not employed. How can I demonstrate an alternative income source to showcase my ability to cover rent expenses? Additionally, I'm inquiring about my continued eligibility in this situation.

There are many posts on Self Employment, use the ‘Search the Forum’ feature to locate some. It is more complex to show non W-2 income and business income. Alternative income will likely need to be of the type that the government recognizes.
