I hope so too ! And i hope they call you back but most likely once it’s sent to hpd everything is good ! They have the certificate of occupancy now so they should be calling people in to sign a lease soon by the time you get your answer you should be getting another one for a lease |

how long after submitting the documents did they give you an answer. ive submitted twice still waiting

I submitted documents the same day they were asked and they got back to me in about 1-2 days just keep calling them |
