My application was approved by HPD. But the building doesn’t have the TCO. So we have to wait for that in order to view units or to move in.

Did they contact you to tell you if was approved or did the status change on housing connect? |

I actually emailed the woman who took care of all my paperwork asking her for an update because it’s been a while. She informed me that my application was approved by the agency. Now we have to wait for the building to get the TCO in order to move forward. My housing connect still says in process. |

Okay that’s great!! I read it take a few days for it to reflect on housing connect. I’ll email her next week for an update. I don’t want to seem annoying because I emailed her 2 weeks ago. |

Not as of yet. The building doesn’t have the TCO ( Temporary Certificate of Occupancy). So until they do we aren’t allowed to view units or move in. |
