A freaking BOATHOUSE. But do you have a shuttle to transportation??

Are your bath tubs 3 feet high on the sides so elderly and disabled folks can't get in and out easily?

Oh my god I wish these new developments would focus on basic stuff like closets, towel racks, and accessibility, and not stables for polo ponies and in-house BMW mechanics.

where is boathouse, exactly?
(I love deep baths, so one can actually submerge in hot water. Very refreshing)

Are you talking about the north tower? Cuz the smaller south tower looks done.

The "Boathouse" or whatever should be with the south tower on the side of newtown creek. Which I agree is pretty pointless. Everytime it rains too much the wastewater treatament plant can't handle the load and just lets out sewage...

They need to have a shuttle for seniors or open up a grocery store that doesn't overcharge in the retail space.

No idea where the boathouse will be. I can't imagine caring either.

And I personally prefer a shower that I can get in and out of above any other consideration.

Hah, I got confused by the title "Gotham Point South Tower Lottery"; so first lottery is only for the rectangular building, and doesn't include the taller skinny?

Just noticed that for this lottery, there will be an additional fee for some of the amenities like the fitness center, lounges etc. I wonder what that would be..

I just signed my renewal lease for the next 12 months and then immediately logged on HC to sigh wistfully at all of my in-process applications including this one which is my new obsession. Sigh sigh sigh.

Also, I can see this tower from my office window.
