EBENEZER PLAZA PHASE 1 South question!! please help (Hope: safe, market)

Hi,

Hope everyone is safe and doing well. I was contacted by EBENEZER PLAZA PHASE 1 South to submit paystubs (first time being contacted for documents), but haven't heard back in over 2 weeks. I contacted the email address for a follow-up, the same one they told me to submit documents to, but I haven't received a reply. Is this normal? should I call the number they called me from?

Same thing happened with me, but at Ebenezer Plaza Phase 1 North (I have no idea if they're connected or not). I had questions and even got two different due dates to submit my documents. It's going on 3 weeks now since I submitted everything. I sent an e-mail asking for an update, no response.

Contact HPD Marketing Infoline. Let them know it’s been over two weeks and you are requesting a status of your application. It shouldn’t take longer than 2 weeks unless your a CB preference I’ve read in the forum that those who are it takes almost a month.
