Anyone have the contact email or phone number for this one? I have a log # in the 400s and haven't gotten anything related to a showing.
I think if you submitted documents already then your marketing agent's information should be under the contact tab under Project Developers Contact information on housing connect. If you haven't then I'm not sure. At the time they were just doing preferences. Reside NY has a general number listed though.
Update … I got denied so much fishy stuff going on the lady was very rude to me from reside earlier this week when I got the email she said there was no 1 bed rooms Available anymore which doesn’t make sense I know they never got up to my log number when I got called after I make a complaint on them I need to appeal and my make another complaint, worse management ever and they treat people like ****

I wonder if anyone moved in -- it always look very empty when I pass by. I submitted my documents earlier this year, but no real communication after that. I also walked by the building today and saw there is already graffiti near the entrance of the building...smh.
Any updates, my log number was 1xxx and I was told to submit documents on HPD so I did around April and it still says under review. I’m wondering if anyone moved in.
