I like how quiet it is and what's most amazing about it is obviously the location. I commute by the 7 train. Little things irk me like the package room hours, elevator hold up time... Other than that and the leaks everything has been great. I haven't had a chance to use any of the amenities because I was dealing with the leak damages pretty much ALL of the time I've been here!

I just replied to another person on the same question :P. Welcome! Hopefully you don't experience these issues. Are you moving into the North building or South?

I'm on a lower floor but I don't hear any outside noise at all. Could be because I'm facing away from the train. The elevators are for the most part pretty quick, but when concierge reserves an elevator for a delivery person everyone in that elevator needs to wait a minute and 45 seconds before the doors close. You won't have this issue because the North elevators are way closer. Why they made 6 elevators if only one will work at a time is a question that's been on my mind.

Ok… this morning when I was using the bathroom sink I saw another leak. I have asked management about rent and utilities comp and they said no to rent concession but the general manager has told me he will ask upper management to see what can be done about the utility bill. No response on his end yet and NOW a third one. I wonder if I should stop bothering with these people and just go straight to the press.. this is so stressful and seems to never end.

that's horrible, they should give you free amenities for 2 years or something like that.

By the way, make sure you document all these leaks - videos and pictures. Just in case you need to expose them or something else.

I will definitely do that, thank you. It's a shame I didn't take any videos of the first leak. I had no idea it would keep going like this.

If they don't fix it very soon, post it on YouTube and 100% they will reach out and get something done. Just like the other person at Two Blue Slip building... the same leaking issues then he posted the videos on YouTube, building management then reached out and they resolved it.
