I recommend you send your videos and pics to management first. The Press and YouTube have no actual ability to fix your leak problems, the building management does. Also, there are City government resources and elected officials might help you as part of their duties.
You might gain some satisfaction by broadcasting your problems to the internet, but it could damage your relationship with your landlord. If you ever need the help of management with something that is not their problem they might recall how you made them look bad on YouTube.
Certainly, management needs to address the problem of the leaks. I gather you have contacted them. Have you contacted ownership or parent company?
Is there a tenants council? If not, you might start one.
