I know someone who got a mid 600s log# but will likely withdraw. They are making good progress, slow and steady, with a couple of other buildings with locations they like better. They are one bed or studio only. I suppose they are 80% AMI. No community board preference.

we do not know when the building will be ready, I heard that the building will not be completed until March, I think it will move in the April.

It’s not random. As you said you have 5% municipal employee. Have you calculated how many units 5% equals? That would give you a bit more info. |
