#1XXX, CB, and was asked for documents yesterday. I'm new-ish to this process, so trying to gauge my optimism.

A question - my income is on the cusp of making me eligible in two groups of units rather than just one. If I get contacted, how will they evaluate my current income? Wondering if they'll account for overtime, small other sources of income, etc.

Feeling a little anxious, but hopeful!

Same here ! I go for both studio and 1 bedroom. Hopefully I do land the 1 bedroom because I want one so badly lol. But they will consider you for both , they will give you the option.. or they will let you know that you qualify for both but they only have a certain one available due to their reasoning.. but good luck!! Have all your documents ready just so the process can go by faster for you.

Log #23XX with no preference qualifying for studios & 1 bedrooms in the 80% AMI bracket - this is such a frustrating log number. It’s low enough to get excited about but high enough to possibly miss out on one of these amazing apartments

It is rent stabilized. I sent over my documentation and they email the buildings pamphlet and it states in the pamphlet that it is and other information.

Hi all,
Really appreciate if you guys can help me here. I’m new on this process and for instance don’t even know what “CB” means. My log # is in 42xx. And I would fall on the 125/130% AMI bracket. The lease on my current building is due in 2 months and won’t be able (afford) to renew it. For the folks who has experience on the lottery do I have a chave of being called soon with that log #?
Thank you
