Gilmoregal, assuming that 50,000 people apply to each lottery, the probability of you getting the exact same number for each is like 1 in 2.5 billion! (assuming my high school statistics class isn't failing me now).
I don't know whether to be highly suspicious or suggest you go out and buy a real lottery ticket immediately!

@Fyonoasmom - I was wondering the same thing. They moved quickly after the log # were released, im log #9xx and fall into the 80% Ami as well. I know only 50% of the units go to CB. My number is low for me lol Considering some of the numbers i received. Hoping whatever units are left they actually get to me (Praying Hard for this one). Wishing you luck.
