Do you mind me asking why you were deemed ineligible?
My log is 15xx with CB, I was given until the 27th to submit documents. However, as of this morning, my housing connect profile says "Submission Window Expired". Not sure if this is a glitch since I should have three more days to submit.

Contact all involved right away. Take a screen shot of "Submission Window Expired". Attempt to submit documents anyhow. USPS mail the documents in, go to a post office and have the envelope hand cancelled, take a picture of the postmark date.
My comments above have ignored your log# and the particular lottery. I don’t know how many units are involved and preferences and so on.
