I emailed the rep from City 5 and she said she said she has record of units but that they are under management's control so ultimate decision is up to them- so I guess really nothing left to do? Thanks for the suggestion!
I got asked to submit documents last week, I have CB and my log number is 8xxx. Do you think I have a good chance of getting an apt? I don't fully understand the log numbers and how it works. And advice appreciated
I don’t think CB was filled, I was asked to submit my documents a few weeks ago with CB preference and a log of 8xxx. However, I have followed up and haven’t received any real update since the initial request 3 weeks ago.

I don't have CB preferences, log of 9,xxx and haven't heard anything since being asked to submit documents either (on 8/29). I pestered the email a bit and tried calling (which was never yielded any results) and I was only told they received my documents and the review process can take up to 6-8 weeks. So I think at this point it's a waiting game, but I could be wrong. This process is so opaque it's infuriating.

You dont have CB but were asked to submit docs? do you have any other preferences?
Does anyone have info on appeal process? I work a commissioned role and by calculating only the most recent 6 months I'm over the income limit, but my gross income over 12 months is well within the range. I originally attached documentation to prove my income bracket is applicable, but I've just been rejected as my agent only looked at my 6 most recent paystubs.
I'm appealing, but just wondering how likely it is to have an impact on my application.
Also very annoyed the process took 4 weeks to tell me I don't fall within the required criteria when I 100% do, and originally attached documentation proving that I do. Infuriating.

I don't have any other preferences.
Actually, my apologies: I am unsure if I have CB preferences. Currently I'm in Williamsburg, so that might count as CB. But the development is in Greenpoint, so unless I am understanding something incorrectly, I don't have CB preference.

It goes by community board, so look at the community board map.
I'm at 7*** and still going through the process so all is going well for the cb preference side :^)
Am a bit concerned though because the document I see from the housing developer liaison has me for the rent of a two bedroom when I'm not....in that range. Maybe I'm misreading it?
