Not sure what you mean by approved by the city.. I don't think so? My application is still pending, I was just emailed by Maria (who wasn't my initial agent) asking for additional documents and they said there are no one BR left.

Toured a one bedroom. Taking it! Asked to view an alternate unit (one bedroom) and they said absolutely not (haha). Seems like they assign a very specific unit to every person.

Yes I also thought they were all taken. Maybe it's best just to ask when they let you see it? So confused about this because my income and size qualify for a one bedroom

Hi all,

I have CB preference and I was asked to submit first batch of documents on August 19th, and then additional documents on September 19th. Log #7***. On September 9.23 I completed the DocuSign are it was sent to HPD for approval same day.

I haven't heard back yet. I know there were the holidays at the beginning of last week - but wondering if for anyone else it is taking a little longer as well? Wondering if it is a bad sign. I followed up with my agent Maria twice (once today, Monday 10.03) so we'll see if she replies.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting!

You’re definitely not the only one! My file was submitted to HPD on 9/20, still waiting to hear back. Was getting nervous but relieved to hear someone else is in the same boat!

I declined to continue with the process because I was told there were no more 1BR available, and I qualified for both the 80% studio and 1BR, but a studio is just too small with pets. If there are actually 1BRs available and I missed out on them, that doesn’t seem fair, and I’d hope they’d have told me that… But my log # is 8xxx with CB, and the person who got the 1BR was 7xxx so maybe that was the last one?
