Did anyone else notice that One Blue Slip is listed as “Coming Soon” on this link: https://www.greenpointlottery.com/? I thought this was already leased out a few years ago, but only at 130% AMI. I wonder if it’s just an error or more apartments will be up for grabs. Does anyone know anything?
