I believe it was deleted by the original poster. It was about a month ago and the building was in Brooklyn, the poster never gave out the building address.

Buildings do post re-rentals on StreetEasy. I saw a few last month for buildings in Manhattan they list them with the income restrictions.

If this buildings lottery ended last year it sounds like its a re-rental or maybe another way for them to fill these higher AMI's (I'm assuming its a higher one I could be wrong) they have a hard time filling those units and recently have been advertising on StreetEasy a lot

Is this Caton Flats?

If so, I suspect that they didn't get enough 130% AMI applicants in their lottery, hence the advertising on SE. I went to look around in Feb, but it really wasn't for me.

I also had something similar happen. Saw a unit on Streeteasy, requested an application and applied in January 2022 for May/June 2022 move-in. I never saw the apartment on the housing connect website, haven't heard anything from them either so I assume I did not get it. Weird case.

Yup sounds like they are having a hard time filling the higher AMIs, most likely exhausted the application lottery #s
