I went and viewed the apartment (1 bedroom) I think the overall design of the building is nice and spacious lobby is huge.. I wish I was able to see the amenities. The elevators are modern and nice and new. The small detailing really makes the building beautiful. I also counted 5 security cameras before I even got upstairs.. so I like the extra security.. in terms of the apartment it's small and honestly a good fit just for one person. My unit had tons of natural sun light.. and I love th size of the oven.
Honestly an overall decent building.. I was told it was no gym which is a little concerning because that was one thing I was looking forward to.
Awwwww. Man that would have been great. Maybe they meant a gym for the school?
I'm not sure about the pricing for the parking.. but hopefully the discount would help. It states Rec room/gym on the housing connect ad for the building so I'm confused about that. During the viewing They also mention the out door area is a roof top set up which is cool. It still looks like they are working on the building so it might be something they add or build up not sure tho.
When I went for the viewing, the girl was letting me know that this viewing was the most unorganized they’ve ever done with that company. Because they kind of just threw her in to show off the apartments, but they didn’t mention anything about amenities. They didn’t tell her anything they gave her no information they just told her to go show people these apartments and then you’re done, but she said it’s never been like that before because that’s like one of their first brand spanking new buildings but I’m guessing in terms of how long she’s worked with them
Yeah that's interesting. I think because it took so long to get the building up now they just trying to get through the process.. have people view the units.. I wonder how long the whole lease signing process is gonna take.
so wait once you view the apartment is it guarantee your or are they other people viewing the same apartment?
