I have and they respond with they are dealing with the lower log numbers first. But this is the third time they have asked me for documents.
Awww I hope they get to you soon. I’ve been reading up on a past lottery by the same management to kind of get an idea of what to expect. That’s about all we can do besides praying and waiting. Reading the 810 River ave post was really helpful.
Hopefully, they can receive permanent COO. They need to have that certification to have tenants move in and reside in the building. I'm a little frustrated that the leasing department hasn't been great with responding to emails. I mean at-least give us a time line and how we should prepare to sign the lease.
I reached out to the selection coordinator and she just referred me back to the leasing department. I'm hoping I get a response soon from the leasing department.

Yes, last time I spoke to my coordinator she said the easiest way is to send them an email because they respond to it quicker supposedly, but I did email them yesterday and I haven’t heard back
Patiently waiting. Checking my email like crazy lol
