So apparently, they started sending our mass leases already. She said if we don't receive it this week then earlier next week. We heard this all before. So the wait continues.
I included the resident selection coordinator on my email and she responded immediately not sure if that's a supervisor or something but the response was very prompt.

I'm sure she may just be another coordinators ,but I guess because a coworker of hers was attached she responded. Try reaching out to your residential selection coordinator and have her forward you to the leasing department.
