Question did you see the same unit that was written out on your tic paper?

(Tara) the leasing supervisor reached out to me, and made clarification regarding who we should reach out regarding lease updates. I guess because people are starting to circle back to Neela. They are responding to emails but with no updates or a lease smh.

Did anyone get an email yet about resubmitted papers and has anyone done that yet? Just asking cause a friend of mine contacted the leasing office and was told that Neela Ramjieawan was going to have to email people back to have them resubmit papers and then have them go back to the leasing department and that's when they will give out leases. But my thing is what if you don't qualify now? Do they give your apartment away? What if your financial situation is different good or bad do they readjust your rent?

No I haven't receive an email about resubmitting paperwork. This will be the second time resubmitting paperwork and waiting for approval from HDC.. I can't believe it's back to square one smh.. it got to be a better way than that.

As long as your income doesn't go over the income bracket/AMI listed on housing connect. I think it should be fine. I received a slight raised and still was approve for the same unit/rent. I'm not sure what they doing but the processes doesn't seem like everything is being done correctly. I understand the paperwork needs to be updated every 120 days, but if that's case all people who seen the apartment/ was approved should of sign a lease to avoid this even if the lease would have been active until the next month.

These people are seriously not doing their job and are so unorganized, i pray you guys don't have to resubmit anything.

Unfortunately, If your income increases and pushes you out the bracket, they give away the apartment and put you back on a different waitlist until an apartment becomes available in your AMI smh.

It sucks because I've put off trips, parties, activities because they make it seem like tomorrow is the day, then tomorrow comes and it's pushed back AGAIN. It's frustrating and my anxiety is through the roof smh
