I signed the lease this month. I was supposed to get my keys on Monday, but they called me to cancel because there’s problems with the sprinkler system. They will email a new date to get the keys.
You’ve got to be kidding me … did you pay the rent and deposit yet? I hope not!
Today I got the dreaded bank statement explanation PDF so I filled it out and send it in now we just wait and see how long it’ll take to actually receive a lease

i belive that's the worst part lol, im sorry your going through that once again but hopefully next email is your lease.
I sent an email to the leasing supervisor. I received an auto reply. She will not be in the office until 09/11/23. Not sure what the means for us,either way the wait continues... beyond annoyed smh.
She just emailed me back, after asking me for documents and filling out the 5 day packet TWICE and all that bank explanation how you haven't reach my log number yet. They make no sense!

Smh. I spoke to Neela, she gave me the same answer in regards to waiting until they look over everything to make sure everything is OK and from there I guess we get the lease so them telling us that move in with starting this week was obviously not the case unless you signed your lease already unfortunately

That’s horrible… So basically, they made everyone fill out the paperwork and all that stuff so that they can have you there as back ups as people decline or denied the apartment but you would think if they were asking for all your documents that you were sent and that you were going to get an apartment that was available. That’s messed up. Can I ask, what is your log number?
