That’s horrible… So basically, they made everyone fill out the paperwork and all that stuff so that they can have you there as back ups as people decline or denied the apartment but you would think if they were asking for all your documents that you were sent and that you were going to get an apartment that was available. That’s messed up. Can I ask, what is your log number?
Yes alot of time wasted and having my hopes all up smh of course its 37xx
This whole process is a mess just called and told by the leasing coordinator has to get approval to send leases out. Once the file is reviewed her supervisor has to approved it for it to go out. The checks and balances at this office is horrible.. which is furthermore extending the process for future tenants. People don't care unless it's them which is horrible. Smh
I didn’t get anything at all. Last time I spoke to my coordinator, she told me that they were having a meeting yesterday and that they were going to find out what’s going to happen moving forward. But that unfortunately, every time they have everything ready, the building itself is what’s having the problem so the last problem was that there was a leak so they had to fix everything and this and that. So she’s as frustrated as we are and she said that she brought up to them the fact that everyone is getting antsy and that people are coming with deadlines for their current homes, and that they need to know what’s going to happen.
Just spoke to someone and was told that key handled and lease signings are officially underway and that we should receive it this week and if not this week next week and that this time it’s actually happening… I hope this is 100% true because that would be a great birthday gift so that I can move out of here
