does anyone know why they reach out for eligibility documents and then go ghost?
It’s been a long road…. But I was reading another thread (H1H2) and it seems there’s something going on internally with Wavecrest. I looked at my contact for this project in housing connect again and it has changed. So I have no idea what’s going on… the last thing I heard they’re still processing community board. I really hope to hear from them soon then.
Really? I can see the building from my current place and it seems like not many are occupied. Esp since they just got clearance from DOB for all the repairs they needed to do. I was hoping now it would go faster. .
You are so right. The building is not at 85% but I’m so happy that we are able to get mail regardless. To be honest there’s only three families including us living on my floor and I don’t think there’s any more than that on the other floors, so I’m not sure how they’re filling up but I did see two people moving in within the last two weeks unless some people are moving in while I’ve been at work but I don’t really seen new faces yet.
