That is the dream. Congratulations! I've never been contacted for a mini lottery. Does everyone that qualifies and check "yes" for re-rentals get entered? And does it show up under my applications?
Thank you!
Find your name at the top right corner of the housing connect page. Then click on "my household" scroll down to the bottom of the page to "housing choices"
Look at the section where it says "Interested in Re-rentals or Resales?" If it say "yes" you're good. If it says "No" click on "edit housing choices" and click "yes"
where on housing connect can we sign up for re rentals?

I Just got contacted for a ML also, i submitted my documents on Housing Connect Wednesday(4/03, Friday(4/05) a marketing agent for HPD & HDC send me an email 'Invitation for further processing'. So i filled out the questionnaire and submitted the documents they requested(current, lease, 12 months of rent payments, 1 month bank deposits. They emailed me 1 week ago(4/10) saying ”We've received your documents, thank you.” Now I'm obsessing & keep checking my email, anyone have this experience?

That log number is low you have good changes of getting that apartment, especially if they asked for your documents asap. Next steps they should be inviting you in to see the apartment in person, good luck!
