There is no specific time. I have gotten document requests the next day after logs are generated. And also like two weeks after. In both instances I had a really low log numbers. I think 1 to 2 weeks is a safe bet but sometimes it can take months
It definitely can take months I have a building I have been waiting on. The rep for that one said they don't reach out until they have the CO but I am not sure if that applies to all buildings but you can look up how far the building is along with the DOB website, then click on jobs and the top job and then items required
Hi! Just hoping to ask a quick question. Do all housing lottery buildings give some kind of CB preference, or does it have to be explicitly stated on the lottery listing for that to be the case? Thanks!
Not all lotteries using CB preference &/or other preferences, if they do, they will state it on the listing.

Anyone got called? My log number is 7XX and I think I have a 5% preference since I work for the city.
I have CB preference and still haven't been contacted. It looks like they're leasing out market rate apartments now so I'm not sure what the timeline will look like for housing lottery units
