Hey everyone! I had my eligibility screening this week, then submitted more docs, and I think my file is now complete! I haven't heard confirmation from them yet that they've sent my file to HPD, but they said that was the next step. Fingers crossed!!!

Hey all, I spoke too soon– my file wasn't complete! They needed more docs from me this week and I think they're still working on finalizing everything before sending to HPD. I have a unit tour this weekend and then hopefully they submit everything next week.

This building moved so fast the best decision was opening on HC when construction was almost over
