Via the article "135 rental apartments, 40 of which will be reserved as affordable homes. In total, the residential component will occupy approximately 91,900 square feet. "

Right now my view is the back of another apartment. Idk about other people but having a view of the city or whatever isn’t on my make or break list for any apartment. As long as I get decent sunlight (which I still do now even tho a building is what Im facing) then I’m good
The price that ppl will be paying for this building even if it’s lottery to be staring into someone else’s window is just wrong

Have a strong feeling 70/80AMI will be included. The market rate units are cheaper than those at 539 Vanderbilt Ave which included both 70 & 80 AMI & they are right next to one another. So you never know rent could be affordable.
Market rates also have washer/dryer in unit so there is also a slight chance for the affordable ones to have it as well.
Ok so I went by the other day and I wanna say I’m the apartments facing Atlantic Ave are huge. I could see clear as day thru those ceiling to floor windows from my nail techs shop. You guys will be happy landing this space

Wow good to hear. Yeah I don’t care that I won’t get any views I’m really just looking for decent housing and this place is in a great location so hoping the AMIs are good and that it comes to housing connect soon.
Wonder what the hold is is because they have listings on Streeteasy
