Log # 20xx - They asked for docs but I am feeling really skeptical about this one .. Studios are spacious but I am not super impressed by the building with the rent amount that its at. I will probably be pulling out for this one. I hope whoever wants this one gets it
27XX asking for documents. $2250 for a 1br in this area, is that worth it? On Zillow the market rate is $2950, not much of a break folks! Most 1br I’ve seen on housing connect give you 40-50% discount on the rent! This 1br should be $1750 tops.
