23k. I knew I wasn't going to get low enough to possibly score a unit, but I'm very surprised that it wasn't as astronomical as what other folks have been receiving. Guess that's a plus.
There have been other buildings here that have reached 18k gen pop. Might take a WHILEEE but there’s still some hope.
A lot of people that apply sometimes don’t even qualify or are not NYC residents so they will be pushed to the back of the line. Depending how slow the is process is, others might have already found some other apartment.
If you qualify for more than one AMI that is even better and if you are a higher AMI even better (since typically this has less competition although it’s still difficult)!
Realistically, it’ll probably take forever but don’t be discouraged!
