My application on the site changed to pending/ application received a few days ago.
I am in the 50% for 2 bedroom.
Does anybody know if there are any units available still?

As far as I know they have all been assigned. But I might be wrong.

I moved in last week. I got a tiny studio, there's nothing around here but it's really quiet and the view is stunning.
It's a very chill area, but it's kind of secluded. I'm still adjusting to the lack of services in the proximity.
Thanks god there's a very nice coffe shop walking distance. And the ferry.

Did anyone check the amenities of the south tower? We should have access to those too.

They told me all other units have been assigned.

That day somebody else was there too to check units out, so hopes are very slim at this point.

To whoever signed the lease: is the rent stabilized? I read somewhere ppl got huge increases upon renewal in other buildings..
I moved in during March and already got my lease renewal 4 months in advance to next year's renewal. The increase was 3%, so my advice to the new lease signers for Gotham is to sign 2 years to lock in your first year's AMI rate for 2 years.

In affordable housing units, the rent increase amounts are set by the city. The 3% rate increase was announced in June 2023.
