Someone I know recently saw this building on an apartment website. I tried to find it but I haven't been able to although I did find this old article about the building

Hopefully, they’re actually affordable.

I hope they're not all 165 AMI.

I wanted a shot at the South tower sooooo badly. I waited and waited for it, then applied immediately and started daydreaming. They advertised it originally for 60 days, then extended it. I thought maybe they didn't have many applications after the first 60 days?

Then I drew a log # in the high 80,000s. The highest log number of any lottery I've entered in 5 years lol sigh

There was a random ad at the end of a The Daily episode two weeks ago that said the lottery ENDS August 22.. but I haven't even seen it up. Guess they have money to waste.
Also on their instagram page people ask all the time and the answer is always "it's coming this summer"
I think it's summer now..

Even at 165% the price is still reasonable compared to other 130% listings in the area.
I'm assuming the prices will be the same as the south

Their site says the applications will open from July to September. Maybe it will launch before the end of July
