Log 21X - hopefully I get a request for documents, but not holding my breath as there’s so few units…

Hi guys,

Will keep you posted as to when we begin showing the building. Gilmoregal is correct, no certificate of occupancy yet but we are aiming for the end of October or early November.

The 1 bedrooms are quite nice. There is the "A" line which faces the front of the building, or the "B" line which faces the buildings backyard garden. 540-554 square feet. Large closet in the entry and in the bedroom. High ceilings. Large windows.

Submit your documents as soon as you can and we will be in touch soon.

Are there dishwashers? Wasn't clear from the listing but wondering.

My partner got a better log number than I did, although not amazing, but as always hoping for a miracle.

I toured the building while it was still under massive construction but I am 90% positive there is a dishwasher. With these types of buildings there usually is. Especially if you're paying $2700! I will put a video of the unit on our Instagram page when we start showing it. I saw the size of the space though and it is definitely "couple approved". Move in date will be later in the year.
