Based on this article, this building is 100% affordable as they offered 10 of their 10 units that they built in the lottery. Also, it said:

The project will measure 11,627 square feet. It will host 519 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, followed by residential units averaging 1,111 square feet apiece. Since the apartments will be relatively large for new residential construction in that part of Brooklyn...

So expect to have larger apartment than the average newly built apartments to whoever wins this lottery

Interesting as the photos show otherwise. In one of the pictures the kitchen seems to be a in a hallway. Making room for less space. 310 Livingstone looked larger with the island in the kitchen

I guess those smaller units shown in the pictures are studios, I wonder whether 1BR & 2BR will be larger than the average.
