I applied then noticed they extended the deadline. Curious to see what my log number will be. I like the location

I got Log #35x and received a Request for documents yesterday. FYI for anyone in this lottery.

my log number is 1,XXX. The rooms seems like they maybe small and I notice the exhaust in the kitchen is exposed above the stove, you can see that it's connected to the ceiling... a big silver tube, I think that's tasteless. But due to limited housing someone will take it.

Why would someone with this income ($85,715 - $187,330) want to live on a corner of 5th Avenue in Sunset Park? Maybe in one of the brownstones up the block...

$2,500 for a 2 BR is awfully cheap at 130 AMI for a new build. There's gotta be something not what it should be.

I just viewed this building and it’s very nice. The exhaust is showing although it’s vented outside so that’s good. For some reason they did this in all of the apartments as shown in the Street Easy pics. Small building only 8 units and by looking at the available floor plans on the non lottery units these are smaller with a combined kitchen/dining/living vs having a separate living space like the retail units. So that’s the only thing but it’s to be expected with the rent controlled units from my research. Nothing sketchy in the build and yes it’s a busy area but it’s a block from Sunset park and has great views.

Good luck with the apartment, I live in the area and it's a pretty safe neighborhood. My log number is 1XXX so I already knew I would not get called since there aren't enough units. I'M hoping to get into 875 4th ave or 120 5th ave in Park Slope when the buildings are completed
