I just wanted to keep the hope alive for folks like myself who earn mixed income from a variety of sources - if you’re able to prove your income and offer them every piece of documentation you’ve ever had, it’s worth it! I didn’t think I’d be able to get approved because of how confusing my income can be, but I did - I’m moving in tomorrow! If anyone has questions about my process I’d be happy to try and answer them. It took four months (would have taken three months except there was a 6 week delay due to a transition in building management) but it is so worth it. I’m not gonna leave this place until I absolutely have to!
