I have noticed last in last few weeks that the site has dried up with new building drops. Normally I see HC site at least 30 buildings listed and always more than two to three new buildings added to the site at least every one to two weeks. Now its has dropped so far down to only 23 listings and most are not even below 130%AMI and doesn't seem to be getting any better. I think only new listing dropped in like three weeks. I was wondering if anyone else noticed this and had nay conclusions. I thinking maybe it due to the new AMI change that is going or is in effect and maybe building owners are dropping out .

I’ve noticed that as well figured it was due to the month ending and hoping to see new ones with the start of September. Going to see what it looks like next week

I’ve seen a good amount of buildings that are just about done with construction though. They just aren’t being posted on the website yet
