Building looks nice it’s just the location of the building could have been better. Like access to corner store etc. but it’s across from a diner n plaza across the street. Chicken cheese across the street for the kids too. I did apply. Even though I want out of east ny. But I’m currently in a lottery building with no elevator n it’s time to go. Management sucks too.

Idk one min I hear number don’t matter next u hear it does. Al I know I live in the area n my number is in the high 22000

It really depends on how many people are ahead that have CB preference that I was surprised I got a low log number because I already live in the first building even though I’m slightly hoping to get called for a luxury building I applied for in queens where my log is in 6k and like you stated in other comments I kinda wish there was other things closer to the building I’m just hoping the building is safe thay recently the planet fitness below the building got flooded because of a pipe burst which caused the elevators to be shut down
