Wow, damn why they go cheap smh. I want out of the east not deeper in it. But I have no elevator so I applied to phase 2. This lottery bizz can get frustrating. I would love to get into a luxury one. It’s great u got into phase one. Idk I keep applying all over. Even gateway area would be great. In the lil town houses.

Yea I was suppose to get one near the gateway area but management never got back to me even though my number was in the 70s and when I reached out and appealed they never said anything
Unfortunately I did not have cb preference. I wanted to ask, when an application says “application received” and then says “pending” what does this mean?

I would say for the best results apply to buildings that fall within the same area as your zip code because if a building has cb preference alot of those apartments go to those living in the same area as that building I noticed that when I applied to buildings in other boroughs I would get a extremely high log number
Did anyone move in to the building or received an email to request documents? My log number went from 5k to 2,9xx for some reason
Received an email to submit documents, log #2xx! No cb or any other preferences
