It's not a safe neighborhood and it's far. No Subway near there. Bus access.

Please don’t make this a negative post. If it’s affordable and in an area that you would live in apply. If not don’t. Pretty sure the people that are in this AMI bracket are excited to have a newer and more affordable building in their current area. Don’t think many 30-50% AMI buildings were built in this area or released on the website either.

two things can be true at the same time: it's great that there is more availability in those ami brackets and that location is really far/would be a rough commute for a lot of people. I think it's a 15-20 minute walk to the A

True! But you can tell by the location of the listing or the AMI brackets that are listed who the building/development is for. Like I doubt anyone from Manhattan or the Bronx would even think about applying because it isn’t the most convenient location. As well higher AMIs having better options for their $$$ so why comment negatively on something that doesn’t apply or concern??

I agree and east New York is coming up. Worked there earlier this year and never felt unsafe. If you don’t want to live there then don’t apply. I’m tired of people complaining. Go apply for Williamsburg or Astoria lotteries then.

It says it has covered parking, and laundry. It’s says there is a fee for the laundry. It doesn’t say there is a fee for parking. There is bike storage. There is a bus that goes all the way to 57th St in Manhattan.

For households employed in the general area this might be a good building.

Is there a bus that takes you the train? I have no issue with that.
