There are 3 different buildings, the one on Belmont is complete. I'm not sure about the other 2.
I saw the one on Belmont but didn’t know it was on housing connect but $0 income needed and no rent for some units that’s crazy…. I never seen a building listed with $0 income

I just drove past the building I was telling you about and something to,d me to find the entrance on,y to find out it’s almost full and the lottery ended April smh but it looks like another one is being built around the corner on Fulton side so waiting for that to be listed

Yes, I think the apartments with $0 rent are the voucher units. If you get community board preference or ME you can't get the voucher units.
They’re probably gonna fill up the building first then deal with the 14 housing connect units I’ve seen them do that a few times and it’s wrong…. But hopefully this is not the case. I live a few blocks so I’ll be watching lol
Hopefully we get called for linden terrace too… only issue with linden is no parking lot… I heard they gave it to planet fitness
