Called rep said my documents haven’t been reviewed yet give it 6-8 weeks max 3 months.
She don’t know what numbers they are on right now but Keep checking my portal for update

So Miriam just called me asking me if I was still interested in the property and they have a 2bdr for me. The problem is I applied with my boyfriends information as my domestic partner and she asked for some type of interdependency. I told her we don't have any join bank accounts or bills. The only thing we have is a previous lease together. Since that lease ended we ended up both moving back home with our parents due to some circumstances. She told me HPD would not accept a previous lease and the lease would have to be current. I feel so sad that I am losing out on this opportunity. Anyone have any advice? What else could I use to show interdependence?

Didn't you just sign a lease for 27 eagle street though? if you are trying to have 2 rent stabilized apts at the same time with you and your partner you could def get in trouble, esp. showing your real log , hpd/hdc do have people reading posts on here.... just saying.
