I live up the block. On the Fulton St. side if they build the 6-7 buildings that have permits it will be fairly gentrified in a bunch of years. On the Livingston St. side, it's a bit sketchier but there's not much reason to hang on that side. You'd walk through it to get to Boerum Hill night life and shopping.
Based on looks and location, I --THINK-- it would be a hard sell if it's market rate and not really luxe inside.
