Wonder if lower AMIs will be available for this one

I feel like this took forever. That is an insanely busy intersection BUT still super convenient to the 2/3/4/5 and the B/Q not to mention TJs, WF and Dekalb Market Hall

It did! I've seen it going up and always wondered if it would have affordable housing.

I also watched this get built Olympia At 30 Front Street In DUMBO, Brooklyn:https://newyorkyimby.com/2022/09/oly...-brooklyn.html

Was hoping it would include affordable housing but haven't read anything about it having affordable units

I remember trying to look it up online to see if it was apts for sale .

I'm not crazy about that intersection to live BUT you can't go wrong in terms of convenience - hope there is a wide variety of AMIs under 130.
I lived a couple block from there - still a bunch of buildings in the midst of construction too.

Yes there's so many! I'm also not one for heavy foot traffic but would be nice if they included some lower AMIs in that area specifically

Not crazy about the looks or location of this one. While it will be nice especially in the spring/summer - it will be filled with tourists and not super convenient to the subway if it's where I think it is. Just my opinion though.

It doesn’t seem like there will be much in regards to amenities and for location this is definitely going to be a 130% ami thing so high rents and no amenities

I can see this building well from my window...seemed like the basics were done awhile ago but they keep on having guys on window washer scaffolds working on the outside, some days there'd be like 10 of those working on the exterior, always wondered what they're doing. Hope there are no window problems with the building.

Tourists? On Dekalb? They're more in the DUMBO area or at Barclays which is admittedly like 2 blocks away.

More concerned of traffic with BTHS and LIU right there.
