I think it’s odd as well but some lotteries switch management in general and I think the list gets lost or they trash it when that happens as well

I read the handbook and they are supposed to keep the log numbers/applicants that apply for 6 years

Yeah i was called for paperwork but the AMI units that i was on were taken! I had 50% community board too.
