My daughter receved an application for Henry Phipps East - Does have the oringal waiting list ad? Or does anyone know the income limit for the studio. I want to make sure she qualitfies before I submit the appliaction

If you log-in to Mitchell Lama connect you can usually see a list of all the developments you entered lotteries for and click on them and see the ads.

It don’t think there is a fee to the return the paperwork. This is a wait list. It matters less if she does not qualify today. Go ahead and return the paperwork. What matters most is what she qualifies when she is called which can be years from now.

Last week, I received an application for two bedrooms. Seems like it will take 2 to 10 years if I am not wrong.

I noticed on the application for henry phipps turn around time was for Feb 24th but most of us received it days before that date. i still sent mines in.
