I am not certain if you are referring to log#s from this url below, which doesn’t have Mitchell-Lama buildings often if ever: https://www.nychdc.com/find
or for log#s for Mitchell-Lama.
I agree with what BPC1999 just posted about Mitchell-Lamas.
i'm surprised they open the list when they have several years on their current waiting list.
I got a log number in the 50s for a 3 Br at Village East Towers. I thought I was the luckiest guy in the world with that low number. Then I saw that, for 3 Bedrooms, they are still on log number 863 from the last waitlist, and haven't approved a new sale since 2012. LOL
Unfortunately that is not uncommon. However, bear in mind that many people on the waitlists do not reply to apartment offerings and numbers can jump quite a bit. Good Luck!

Yeah, I got a log in the high 100s for a one bed in Masaryk Towers in 2014, list moved relatively fast at first but then came to a standstill for awhile - number on Housing Connect is not accurate, when I called they were further along but looks like I am still only halfway there to being called.
Anyway, applied for for the studio and one bed lotteries at Stryckers Bay. Can't do HenryPhipps as that's a rental and I am over the max income for that.
Anybody get a log number from here? On the Mitchell lama site I don't have a log number and it already says Tennant selection in progress...I assume I wasn't selected?
