These waitlist can take a long time so I wouldn’t hold hold my breath for being contacted anytime soon.. I’m in the process of waiting for a HDC approval for a 1 br re-rental in Queens and I just got asked for documents for a lottery in the Bronx. If any of those come through I may take my self off of the waitlist.

Not Selected for Henry Phipps Plaza East. Not surprised since I got a log for the 2 bdrm at Strycker's Bay. Will wait and see if I get logs for the other ML lotteries.

I'm a little confused on the wording of what's allowed in the ad. For a 2 bedroom, it says no fewer than 3 ppl but then goes on to say something about a brother and sister or parent/guardian and child. Are those exceptions that allow for a household to be approved for a 2 bedroom?

So a two person household can be approved for a 2 bedroom if they are brother + sister OR guardian + child?

Yes, that is exactly right. An adult brother and sister are not expected to share a bedroom. Same goes for a parent or guardian and a child.
